Objective : To analyze the transcutaneous bilirubin measurement method of application in pediatric . Methods: In our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012 period were treated 54 cases of neonatal jaundice patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the experimental group and the control group. After the experimental group were measured bilirubin content of the skin of the body , the control group of patients is determined by the results of determination of serum bilirubin in the body , a retrospective analysis of two groups of patients, the accuracy of measurement methods were compared and evaluated two relationship between bilirubin group , and then explore methods of percutaneous bilirubin value measured in pediatrics in . Results: Percutaneous measured by serum bilirubin and bilirubin measurement methods can be accurately detected in vivo in patients with bilirubin levels , and its determination of no significant difference between the results , P> 0.05; groups bilirubin values There is a linear correlation between , r = 0.968, P <0.05. Conclusion: The detection of bilirubin is a non-invasive method of measuring the skin , the method is simple , safe, efficient , etc., can be used as an effective supplementary examination of neonatal jaundice disease , it is worth in a wide range of clinical applications.
