Objective To understand the status of writing and management related documents of Obstetrics and gynecology hospital care and regulate. Methods Cluster sampling, in 2013 7-8 month of nursing staff in our hospital department of gynaecology and obstetrics practice questionnaire. Results To standardize the management results in obstetrics and gynecology hospital care and management related document writing problems, achieved very good results. Conclusion We should do a good job of scientific writing and management of nursing documents, in order to promote the long-term development of high quality nursing service, improve the quality of nursing and nursing staff satisfaction.
