摘要
目的：探讨急性乳腺炎中药外敷的疗效及护理特点。方法按患者治疗过程中是否应用中药外敷辅助治疗将65例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别进行疗效观察。由于治疗系统开放且治疗时间较长，在治疗过程中特别加强临床护理，心理护理。结果应用中药外敷辅助治疗的观察组患者的疗效明显优于对照组。结论中药外敷辅助治疗急性乳腺炎的疗效显著。临床护理能够确保疗效，心理护理则增加了患者的依从性。
Abstract
objective: to discuss the curative effect and nursing characteristics of Chinese medicine external treatment to acute mastitis. Methods: according to whether in the process of the external treatment of Chinese medicine,the 65 patients were divided into observation group and control group, respectively for curative effect observation. Due to the treatment system is open and for a long time, especial y to strengthen clinical nursing and psychological nursing in the treatment process. Results:the curative effect of observation group of patients of the adjuvant treatment of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment is better than the control group. Conclusion: the effect of the adjuvant treatment of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of acute mastitis curative is distinct. Clinical nursing can ensure the curative effect, psychological nursing wil increase the patient's compliance.
