摘要
目的：研究分析等级医院评审在增强护理质量中的意义和应用。方法：对于本医院的等级实施评审活动，建立和评审活动项目有关的专业临床护理质量的治理措施方案，同时适当的建立有关的护理质量的专业测评内容。我院实施以上这些措施，最终目的是为了增强本院的护理干预水平。结果：我院在实施等级测评的专业护理水平的管理后，本院的专业护理水平对比原来其增强效果显著( P<O .05)，有统计学的意义。结论：对医院实施专业的等级测评，可以有效增强本院的护理管理水平，同时其能帮助本院制定有关的护理干预体，最终其能帮助本院达成增强医院的全面护理水平，并且达成增强医院的整体护理服务的竞争力的目的。
Abstract
Objective: To study the rank hospital appraisal in enhancing thesignificance and application of nursing quality. Methods: for the hospital levelimplementation of the assessment activities, the establishment and evaluationactivities, the quality of clinical nursing related professional managementmeasures, professional assessment content and appropriate nursing quality is related to the. Our implementation of these measures, the final purpose is toenhance the level of the Col ege of nursing intervention. Results: in our hospital in professional nursing level implementation and evaluation ofmanagement, professional nursing level comparison in our hospital had theremarkable enhancement effect (P<O.05), there was statistical significance.Conclusion:the implementation of the evaluation of hospital professional, caneffectively enhance the level of nursing management in our hospital, and at the same time, it can help the hospital to develop nursing intervention related,comprehensive nursing level which can help this Institute reached strengthen the hospital, a hospital and enhance the overal competitiveness of the nursingservice.
