目的:探讨支气管哮喘患儿治疗前后血清甲状腺激素(TH)和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的临床分析。方法155例支气管哮喘患儿和56例正常儿对照组血清TH和hs-CRP水平通过化学发光免疫分析和免疫荧光干式定量法测定并进行了比较性分析。结果治疗前支气管哮喘患儿血清T3、T4和FT3水平较对照组降低(P<0.05),FT4水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),TSH水平增高(P<0.01);其中轻中哮喘组T3、T4和FT3较正常儿降低(P<0.05), F T4无明显差异(P>0.05),T S H水平增高(P<0.05);重度哮喘组T3、T4和F T3水平较正常儿明显降低(P分别为<0.001、<0.05和<0.001),血清F T4无明显差异(P>0.05),T S H增高(P<0.01)。糖皮质激素治疗后,轻中哮喘患儿T H恢复正常(P >0.05);重度哮喘组T3和F T3有所增高,但较之正常儿仍有差异(P<0.05),T4、FT4和TSH恢复正常(P >0.05)。治疗前,支气管哮喘患儿血清hs-CRP水平较正常儿增高(P<0.01);治疗后轻中哮喘组恢复正常(P>0.05),重度哮喘组治疗后好转,但仍有差异(P<0.05)。结论 T3和 FT3水平随支气管哮喘患儿的疾病严重程度而降低,血清TSH和hs-CRP水平随疾病严重程度增高。
Objective To explore clinical analysis of serum thyroid hormone (TH ) and high sensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels in before and after therapy in patients with bronchial asthma . Methods The TH and hs-CRP levels were determined in 155 patients with bronchial asthma ( including 73 cases mild bronchial asthma and 82 cases severe bronchial asthma ) and 56 controls by chemoluminescence immuno assay and immuno flurorescent dry quantity methods as wel as done study compared. Results In before therapy , the serum T3、T4 and FT3 levels in 155 patients with bronchial asthma were significantly lower than in those of 56 controls (P <0.01、<0.05 and <0.01 , respectively ) 、the serum FT4 was no significantly different (P>0.05) and the serum TSH levels was increased (P<0.05). The serum T3、T4 and FT3 levels in 73 patients with mild bronchial asthma were lower than in those of 56 controls ( P al <0.05 ) , the serum FT4 level was no significantly different (P>0.05) and the serum TSH level was increased (P<0.05). But the serum T3、T4 and FT3 levels in 82 patients with severe bronchial asthma were very significantly lower than in those of 56 controls (P <0.001、<0.05 and <0.001 , respectively) , the serum FT4 levels was no significantly different (P>0.05) and the serum TSH level was significantly higher (P<0.01). The serum T3 and FT3 levels were decreased and the serum TSH levels was increased with bronchial asthma severity . After inhalation of glucocorticoids therapy , the serum TH levels in 73 patients with mild bronchial asthma return to normal ( P al >0.05 ) . The serum T3 and FT3 levels in 82 patients with severe bronchial asthma were significantly higher but stil were lower than in those of 56 controls ( P al <0.05 ) , the serum T4、FT4 and TSH level were normal ( P al >0.05 ) . In Before therapy , the serum hs-CRP level in 155 patients with bronchial asthma was significantly higher than in those of 56 controls (P<0.01). The serum hs-CRP levels in 73 patients with mild bronchial asthma was increased (P<0.05), and return to normal after therapy . The serum hs-CRP level in 82 patients with severe was significantly increased , and stil increased after therapy .
