摘要
近年来，抗菌素药品已经成为临床应用最重要、最广泛的一类药物，在预防和治疗感染性疾病的同时，抗菌药物滥用的现象也越发严重，特别是在一些基层医院，主要表现在抗菌药物选择不当、长期或联合应用抗菌药物不当、抗菌药物配伍不当等，因此，如何规范合理应用抗菌素药品已经成为目前基层医院管理中的难点和重点。本文中，笔者将结合自己多年从事药品管理工作积累的经验，积极探索基层医院抗菌素药品管理方法，认为只有通过行政干预和动态科学指导相结合的综合措施，才能有效提高抗菌素药品的合理应用。
Abstract
In recent years, the clinical application of antibiotic drugs has become the most important and widely used class of drugs, while the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, antimicrobial drug abuse phenomenon is also more serious, especial y in hospital, mainly in inappropriate choice of antibacterial drugs, long-term or improper combination of antimicrobial drugs, improper antimicrobial drug compatibility, etc. Therefore, how to regulate the rational use of antimicrobial drugs has become the primary hospital management difficulties and focus today. In this article, I wil combine their years of accumulated experience in pharmaceutical management, and actively explore the primary hospital antibiotic medicines management approach that comprehensive measures only through administrative intervention and dynamic combination of scientific guidance in order to effectively improve the rational use of antibiotic drugs.
