摘要
目的：探讨应用PDCA循环对减少药品调剂差错中的应用效果。方法采用PDCA循环方法对药品调剂差错进行管理，并分析对比管理前后药品调剂差错出现的比率，说明PDCA循环对减少药品调剂差错中的应用效果。结果应用PDCA循环方法对药品调剂进行管理后，实施前药品调剂差错比率82.40%，施行后下降到1.40%，前后对比差错率具有统计学分析意义（x2=16.12，p＜0.05）。结论采用PDCA循环对减少药品调剂差错，避免医疗纠纷，提高患者满意度具有重要意义。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle to reduce the effect of errors of drug dispensing. Methods PDCA circulation method for the management of drug dispensing errors, and analyze the contrast ratio before and after management errors in dispensing drugs appeared, indicating that PDCA cycle to reduce the effect of errors of drug dispensing. Results after the application of PDCA circulation method to supervise and control the drug dispensing, before carrying out drug dispensing error ratio 82.40%, dropped to 1.40%after the effective date of contrast error rate before and after the analysis of statistics significance (x2 = 16.12, p < 0.05). Conclusion using PDCA cycle to reduce drug dispensing error, avoid medical disputes, improve patient satisfaction is of great significance.
