Objective: To investigate the line of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients treated with the implementation and effectiveness of different methods of care. Methods:2011 ~ 2013 in our hospital 110 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients were randomly divided into groups each of 55 cases, the implementation of the routine care group were set to impose a comprehensive caregiver on routine care observation group, the effect of the two groups of patients were observed after treatment achieved and cf. Results: The two groups of patients were back to normal after surgery and was discharged. In terms of complications, the incidence of the observation group was 10.9%, 38.2%, relatively low compared to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with implementing comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the effectiveness of clinical care, as much as possible to avoid complications, higher clinical significance feasible, it is recommended to further popularize the application.
