摘要
产道血肿是在分娩过程中产道不同部位的血管破裂，血液因不能外流形成血肿。本文通过研究我院2007年1月-2009年12月阴道分娩发生产道血肿12例患者资料，分析产道血肿的发生部位、时间及原因，总结出如何预防和治疗产道血肿。
Abstract
the birth canal hematoma of birth canal is in delivery process in different parts of the rupture of blood vessels, blood cannot drain hematoma formation. Through the study of our hospital in 2007 January -2009 year in December the vaginal delivery production road hematoma in 12 cases patient data, analysis of birth canal hematoma location, time and reason, summarizes how to prevention and treatment of birth canal hematoma.
