摘要
目的：研究剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠诊断及治疗方法，为早期诊断及治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析77例剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠患者病史、诊断及治疗方法。结果77例均经阴道彩超确诊；72例甲氨蝶呤妊娠囊内或宫颈注射后行宫腔镜或腹腔镜子宫切口妊娠物切除，5例行清宫术。结论剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠经阴道彩色超声可协助诊断，甲氨蝶呤注射后宫腔镜或腹腔镜子宫切口妊娠物切除是治疗的有效方法。
Abstract
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy, and to provide a guideline for early diagnosis and treatment. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the medical history, diagnoses and treatments about 77 cases who were diagnosed with cesarean scar pregnancy. Results 77 cases got diagnosed by transvaginal color ultrasonography; Among al the patients, 72 cases were offered methotrexate injection in the gestational sac or cervical prior to hysteroscopic or laparoscopic uterine incision pregnancy resection, Another 5 cases were proceeded uterine suction curettage. Conclusion For cesarean scar pregnancy, transvaginal color ultrasonography can be used as the main method for diagnosis, methotrexate injection before hysteroscopic or laparoscopic uterine incision pregnancy resection could be an effective treatment.
