To analyze the levels and diagnostic value of detecting indicators of tumor markers test in cancer patients, the diagnostic cutoff value of the combined detection of tumor markers was confirmed with ROC curve , the diagnostic effect in the common cancers based on the combined detection was evaluated. Methods: We col ected the fasting blood of 90 cases cancer patients and 40 cases people conducted health examination. AFP, CA125, CA19-9, CA72-4, CEA, CYFRA21-1, FER, NSE were detected by Roche E411 electrochemical immunodetection analyzer with intravenous serum. ROC curve were drawn with the selected indicators with a very significant statistical difference (P<0.01) in the two groups by SPSS 19.0 software. The diagnostic cutoff value of the combined detection of tumor markers was confirmed with ROC curve and the diagnostic effects of indicators were evaluated with AUC.Results:The levels of AFP, CA125, CA72-4, CEA, CYFRA21-1 in cancer group were more than those in the normal control group (P<0.01).With the corresponding medians of the normal control group as reference, combined detection of AFP, CA125, CA72-4, CEA, CYFRA21-1, AUC was 0.80. When the cutoff value was 2.5 positive items, the sensitivity was 65.6% and the specificity was 82.5% , respectively in a higher level. Conclusion: There were variations in indicators of tumor markers test in cancer patients to different extents. It is possible that the combined detection with tumor markers indicators of AFP, CA125, CA72-4, CEA, CYFRA21-1, could improve the diagnostic effects in the common cancer.
