人性化护理在产科中的应用

摘要
目的：探讨人性化护理在产科护理中应用的临床效果。方法入选2010年6月至2011年6月在我院妇产科住院足月待产孕妇49例作为对照组采用产科常规护理模式,2011年7月至2012年7月在我院妇产科住院足月待产孕妇49例观察组在产科常规护理的基础上实施人性化护理。对2组护理效果进行比较。结果病人对护理工作的满意度由82%提高到97%，生活质量显著提高。结论在产科实施人性化护理有利于帮助产妇顺利分娩,增加产妇对健康知识的掌握和对护理工作人员的满意度,值得在临床上推广。
Abstract
Object:To investigate the clinical effect of humanistic care on obsterical department .Method:49case of lying-in women in hospital (2011.7-2012.7)were cared with basic nursing and humanistic nursing;49case (2010.6-2011.6)were compared with the traditional nursing mode. The effect was evaluated. Results:the satisfaction of patients was achieved from 82%to 97%;the quality life of patients has been improved.Conclusion :humanistic care can improve the satisfaction of patients ,deserves popularizing and applying clinical.
