Objective To approach the influence of clinic pathway nursing on patients with endoscopic colonic polyps high frequency electric resection. Methods One hundred and twelve patients were col ected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, there were 56 patients in each group, patients were given clinic pathway nursin in the observation group g, who received conventional nursing in the control group. The disease awareness rates, nursing satisfaction, complications and length of stay(LOS) of patients were observed. Results The disease awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher after clinic pathway nursing than that in control group, fewer complications and LOS, the total clinical curative effect in observation group surpassed that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The clinic pathway nursing utilizing in whole range of patients with endoscopic colonic polyps resection can promote patient’s nursing satisfaction and clinic curative effect, which is worthy of popularization.
