objective to comparative analysis of abdominal and transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Selection method from July 2011 to August 2011 were the 98 cases confirmed by surgery pathology of ectopic pregnancy patients as the research object, respectively, the abdominal and transvaginal color doppler ultrasound examination results are analyzed. Results 98 patients by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound diagnosis compared with the clinical surgery pathological diagnosis, the coincidence rate is 96.9%;The abdomen of color doppler ultrasound diagnosis compared with the clinical surgical pathologic diagnosis, coincidence rate was 84.7%, compared with transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate level obviously is higher than the abdominal ultrasound diagnosis, statistical y significant difference (p < 0.05). The transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis conclusion in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy clinical effect is good, high coincidence rate, safe and reliable, and is worthy of application.
