Omeprazole combined with octreotide for the treatment of cirrhosis and esophageal varices bleeding Evaluation
Objective:To investigate cirrhosis and esophageal varices bleeding clinical treatment for drug omeprazole and joint effect of octreotide.Methods:2011~2013 in our hospital 48 cases of esophageal variceal bleeding cirrhotic patients were randomly divided into groups of 24 cases each , which wil be owned by a single treatment with octreotide in the control group wil be given octreotide and omeprazole combination therapy were classified as observation group to assess clinical outcomes between the two groups ,summarize the treatment experience. Results:The study group after combination therapy, the clinical efficacy of 91.7% can be achieved,and 70.8% compared with the control group,the difference was significantly (P<0.05).Observed during treatment group 2 patients (8.3%) discomfort, slight advantage compared to the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion: give cirrhotic patients with esophageal varices bleeding provide omeprazole and octreotide therapy treatment, clinical efficacy can be achieved more desirable and safe,and reliable,hospital units to improve the future treatment of this disease critical level , the proposed universal.
