Clinical Analysis of Amiodarone for Heart Failure Patients of Ventricular Arrhythmia
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone on heart failure complicated with ventricular. Methods 80 cases with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were given routine anti heart failure treatment,and amiodarone was given to observation group at the same time. The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results The total effective rate, the left ventricular ejection fraction and heart rate in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of amiodarone on heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmiatreatment is significant,and amiodarone is helpful to improve clinical symptoms and signs.
