Clinical effectiveness and adverse reaction on Postoperative Chemoradiotherapy for Advanced Gastric Cancer
Objective To analyze and evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of postoperative radiotherapy combined with radiotherapy for limited advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of advanced gastric cancer cases in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. To evaluate the 1、2 and 3-year survival rate of the two groups. Besides, to observe the adverse reactions of the patients after the treatment. Results The results showed that the 1、2 and 3-year survival rate of observation group were much higher than the control groups, and the difference between these was statistical y significant. In addition, the mainly adverse reactions of the two groups were nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney damage. And the rates of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea in observation group were higher than the control groups. Conclusion The concurrent chemoradiotherapy can improve the survival of advanced gastric cancer patients, and the adverse reactions were tolerated. It is worthy of the clinical application.
