Analysis of 1000 cases of infant tidal pulmonary function of bronchial provocation test
Objective To investigate the safety and the reliability of the lung function of infants with moisture and bronchial provocation test.To evaluation the sedation of chloral hydrate. Methods Retrospective analysis of 1000 cases of Tidal Pulmonary Function in children with chronic cough provocation test in our hospital. Results The positive rate of 1000 cases of chronic cough in children with bronchial provocation test was 62.5% . Experimental testing of SPO2 and pulmonary wheezing . There were no less than 85% SPO2, respiratory distress and severe asthma. Change of the flow volume loop is in accordance with test results. Chloral hydrate with a success rate of 81.7%, the remaining calm loser selection of artificial airway provocation test. Conclusion Infant moisture bronchial provocation test of lung function is safe, reliable; chloral hydrate sedation effect is good.
