Objective: To explore the relationship between sports Activities and anxiety, depression in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Its aim was to provide estimates about how to improve col ege students' psychological health;Methods:200 Gansu Col ege of Traditional Chinese Medicine were tested by self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS);Results: Incident rate of anxiety and depression were 48.32% and 77.71%; anxiety had difference in sex (P<0.05); anxiety and depression ,they were Both compared, the difference existed in experiment group and control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: targeted and regular physical activity could relieve the Incident rate of anxiety and depression ,and then to improve the psychological health.
