摘要
目的:探讨中医学校大学生焦虑、抑郁状况与体育运动的关系,进而为改善我校大学生心理健康问题提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样方法对甘肃中医学院部分大学生进行国家统一焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)心理测评。结果焦虑、抑郁状况发生率分别为48.32%和77.71%;性别对焦虑的发生有影响;试验组学生焦虑、抑郁发生率显著低于对照组学生(P <0.05);结论对不同性格学生采取针对性、有规律的体育运动可减轻大学生的焦虑和抑郁症状,进而改善大学生心理健康。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between sports Activities and anxiety, depression in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Its aim was to provide estimates about how to improve col ege students' psychological health;Methods:200 Gansu Col ege of Traditional Chinese Medicine were tested by self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS);Results: Incident rate of anxiety and depression were 48.32% and 77.71%; anxiety had difference in sex (P<0.05); anxiety and depression ,they were Both compared, the difference existed in experiment group and control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: targeted and regular physical activity could relieve the Incident rate of anxiety and depression ,and then to improve the psychological health.
