摘要
家庭医生制是新医改形势下社区卫生服务模式和管理制度的创新。本文通过对家庭医生制服务的实践与探索工作的总结，并结合我社区特色，拟进一步完善家庭医生服务模式，为提升基本公共卫生服务水平，全面履行服务职能起到更大的推动作用。
Abstract
Family doctor system is an innovative of community health service model and management system under the new health care reform situation. This paper summarizes the practice and exploration through the work of the family doctor system services, combined with my community characteristics, intended to further improve family doctor services model, and play a greater role to enhance the level of basic public health services, ful y perform service functions.
