摘要
目的：了解脊柱外科手术患者家属需求，探讨护理策略。方法对130例脊柱外科手术患者家属进行调查，针对调查结果，探讨相应护理对策。结果手术相关知识的需求、家属安全感心理支持及手术信息的及时发布是共性需求的前三项。结论护理中应针对家属的共性需求，掌握家属的心理，有的放矢地满足其需求，可以提高满意度，减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Abstract
Objective Understand the spinal surgery patients' families needs, to explore the nursing strategy. Method investigate 130 spinal surgery patients'family members ,according the reusts to explore the corresponding nursing counter measures .Results Knowledge related to the operation needs, family psychological support of security and surgery information timely release is the three common demand.Conclusion Should care for the families of the universal demand, grasps the family psychology, meet the requirements, can improve the satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
