摘要
目的：分析探讨口腔正畸结合治疗错(牙合)伴牙列缺损患者的治疗效果。方法：选取2005年2月-2013年8月在我院修复错(牙合)伴牙列缺损的患者51例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并对其进行随访，随访时间为1年。结果：对患牙进行修复治疗后，51例患者的牙齿相较治疗前排列整齐，咬合度较好；随访1年后，患牙未出现松动或移位现象。讨论：针对患者的具体情况，使用口腔正畸结合修复治疗错(牙合)伴牙列缺损效果较好，可在临床上推广使用。
Abstract
Objective:Fault analysis to investigate the combination of orthodontics treatment of occlusal therapy in patients with dentition defect;Method:Selection in February 2005- August 2013 in our hospital to repair fault occlusal 51 cases patients with dentition defect,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the fol ow-up, fol ow-up for one year. Result:To repair after treatment of teeth,51 patients with tooth perfectly aligned compared with before treatment, degree of occlusion is better;After fol ow-up of 1 year, teeth appear no loosening or displacement.Conclusion:According to the specific condition of patients,use of orthodontics combined with repair treatment of occlusal wrong with dentition defect effect is better,it can be used widely in clinic.
