Objective Evidence-based nursing confirmation of MEBO's effection in treating skin and soft tissue abrasion. Methods 45 cases of skin and soft tissue abrasion were randomly divided into the usual care group and evidence-based care group, take two different approaches to treatment, observe the pain indicators, the number of days during healing and scar after healing and so on to evaluate the effection. Results Evidence-based group was significantly better than the conventional group in reduce the pain, reduce the incidence of scarring and the healing time, the difference was statistical y significant, p <0.05. Conclusion MEBO has obvious advantages than the conventional method in dressing treating the skin and soft tissue abrasion, is worthy of learning and promotion.
