摘要
目的：为探讨早期康复护理对脊髓损伤患者的影响。方法：对2011年7月-2013年2月至本院就诊19例脊髓损伤患者进行全面系统早期康复护理干预，时刻观察病情，入院前对所有患者进行Barthel指数及FIM评定，经过4-5个月康复护理干预后，再次评定Barthel指数及FIM评分。结果：所有的患者的Barthel指数明显升高(P＜0.05)，FIM评分显著上升(P＜0.01),所有患者自理能力均提高，其中4例患者能完全自理，7例患者基本自理，8例患者部分自理。结论：早期对脊髓损伤患者进行康复护理干预，能够明显提高患者的自理能力，提高生存质量，减轻家庭以及社会的负担。
Abstract
In order to explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with spinal cord injury. Methods: a comprehensive system of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients in 2011 July -2013 year in February to our hospital 19 patients with spinal cord injury, time observation, was performed on al patients with Barthel index and FIM evaluation before admission, after 4-5 months of rehabilitation nursing intervention, re assessment of Barthel index and FIM score. Conclusion: early in patients with spinal cord injury rehabilitation nursing intervention, can significantly improve the self-care ability of patients, improve the quality of life.
