Objective: to contrast with mifepristone and desogestrel ethinylestradiol treatment function of uterine hemorrhage curative effect. Methods: selecting the recent 3 years in our hospital 100 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding, randomly divided into AB in the two groups, treated with mifepristone group A, group B with desogestrel ethinylestradiol treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: after treatment, two groups of patients with progesterone, estradiol levels are reduced, and the degree of decline significantly more than group B, group A is statistical y significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical use in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated with mifepristone, obvious effect, the recurrence rate is low, worth each big hospital clinical popularization and application.
