一氧化碳中毒患者血浆中MCP-1的变化及意义

目的：通过研究一氧化碳中毒患者血清中单核细胞趋化蛋1（MCP-1）水平变化，发现MCP-1在该疾病中的作用。方法：选择来我院的56例一氧化碳中毒的患者。分别测定患者治疗前、治疗后血清中MCP-1的变化。结果：一氧化碳中毒的患者经过治疗后血清中MCP-1含量较前明显下降。结论：血清中MCP-1的水平与一氧化碳中毒患者的病情密切相关，并且直接反应了病情的发展。
Abstract
To study the causes changes of the monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1) levels in carbon monoxide poisoning patients’ serums, find out the function of MCP-1 in this disease. Methods: choose 56 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning patients in our hospital. Analyse the changes of MCP-1 in patients’ serums before treatment and after treatment. Results: the MCP-1 content in carbon monoxide poisoning patients’ serums significantly decreased after treatment.Conclusion: the levels of MCP-1 in carbon monoxide poisoning patients’ serums are closely related to development of the disease.
