To study the causes changes of the monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1) levels in carbon monoxide poisoning patients’ serums, find out the function of MCP-1 in this disease. Methods: choose 56 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning patients in our hospital. Analyse the changes of MCP-1 in patients’ serums before treatment and after treatment. Results: the MCP-1 content in carbon monoxide poisoning patients’ serums significantly decreased after treatment.Conclusion: the levels of MCP-1 in carbon monoxide poisoning patients’ serums are closely related to development of the disease.
