Objective To investigate the dalteparin sodium injection needle stuck on the implementation effect of subcutaneous injection site hemorrhage prevention.Method The Department of cardiology hospital 42 patients received low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection treatment, were randomly divided into A group and B group with 21 cases in each. Group A after injection for 10S. Group B after injection does notstop, through the control of hemorrhage, local. Result Group A (experimental group) of patients with local hemorrhage were significantly lower than B group (control group), p<0.01; B hemorrhage group is larger than the A group. Conclusion Group A injection method is beneficial to reduce the low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection site hemorrhage, and the degree of hemorrhage and after injection of retention time.
