Objective To explore the clinical effects of omeprazole used for patients with gastric ulcer combined with bleeding.Methods Control group was added with therapy of famotidine, and experimental group was added with therapy of omeprazole .Results:Omeprazole used for patients with gastric ulcer combined with bleeding was superior to H2 receptor antagonist famotidine.ConclusionOmeprazole used for patients with gastric ulcer combined with bleeding can guarantee the safety.
