Objective: To explore the intestinal obstruction patients using method and clinical value of CT diagnosis. Methods: the diagnosis, 76 cases of intestinal obstruction were selected from 2013 May -2013 year in November my courtyard with its corresponding to the selected randomly,experimental group diagnosis methods 39 cases of patients with CT, the control group of 37 patients with diagnosis of X, and compared with the results after operation treatment, observe the relevant diagnostic accuracy method. Results: Two groups of patients in the diagnosis of obstruction, cause of obstruction, strangulation on accuracy significantly, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).conclusion: CT diagnosis of the patients with intestinal obstruction, the diagnostic accordance rate is high, and can clearly distinguish patients the site of obstruction, obstruction of bowel obstruction and the extent of real-time monitoring, to provide effective evidence for the treatment of.
