摘要
目的：研究使用综合康复法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：选取笔者所在医院2012年1月-2014年1月门诊及住院部收治的200例神经根型颈椎病患者190例，作为本次试验的研究对象。根据患者及家属意愿，分为研究组和对照组，每组95例。研究组进行综合康复疗法，对照组进行常规治疗法。治疗3个疗程后，进行疗效评估。结果：不同治疗方法后，研究组总有效人数92例（96.84%）显著高于对照组的43例（45.26%），两组患者疗效评估差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：综合康复疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效好于常规使用的单纯牵引疗法。
Abstract
objective: to study the use of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment the curative effect of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods: to select the author's hospital in January 2012 - January 2014 outpatient and the inpatient hospital were 200 cases of 190 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, as the research object of this test. According to the patient and family wil , divided into research group and the control group, 95 cases in each group. Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy group, control group routine treatment. Results: after different treatments, the team a total of 92 valid cases (96.84%) is significantly higher than the control group of 43 patients (45.26%), two groups of patients with curative effect assess differences statistical y significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of good curative effect of the conventional traction therapy alone.
