Appendectomy incision infection-related factors Clinical Analysis and Countermeasures
Objective: To analyze the factors associated with acute appendicitis postoperative infection and develop a reasonable response. Methods: The clinical data of 100 cases for surgical patients with acute appendicitis were reviewed, and the statistical probability of the occurrence of infection factors response. Results: Nine patients developed postoperative infection;cause analysis showed that: age, invasive procedures, the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics are the main factors causing the infection occurred. Conclusion: Understanding the factors associated with acute appendicitis postoperative infection, surgical treatment of patients to make the necessary precautions policy is to reduce the incidence of postoperative infections in patients premise, can effectively prevent postoperative infections in patients.
