Objective To explore the clinical effect of non invasive Ventilator Combined with naloxone in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱrespiratory failure. Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital from 2012 January to 2014 January were patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine anti infection, spasmolysis, antiasthmatic, diuretic, and give the noninvasive ventilator. The observation group in the control group based on the use of naloxone therapy, clinical effect comparison of two groups of patients. Results the total effective rate of observation group was 90%, 74% in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion noninvasive ventilation combined with naloxone in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure with satisfactory effect, worthy of promotion.
