42 cases of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery of ectopic pregnancy comparative clinical safety
Objective: To explore the application of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery of the clinical efficacy and safety for patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods: selected from hospital in 2011 and 2013 were treated 42 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy, ways to randomly divided into open and laparoscopic group, 21 patients in each group. Comparison of the two groups of patients surgical targets. Results: The relative laparotomy patients, the laparoscopic group had significant superiority of clinical indicators, both statistical y significance (P <0.05). Conclusions: Laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy treatment, able to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes, and no serious postoperative adverse reactions, has the advantage of safe and efficient, and worthy of promotion.
