摘要
目的：观察外耳道炎及外耳道耵聍感染患者，分别采用碘伏外耳道灌洗后放置利凡诺尔纱条及每日3%过氧化氢溶液负压吸引清洗后，氧氟沙星滴耳液耳浴，治疗疗效。方法：选择外耳道炎及外耳道耵聍感染患者200例，随机分为2组，治疗组100例，采用碘伏外耳道灌洗后放置利凡诺尔纱条治疗。对照组100例采用每日3%过氧化氢溶液负压吸引清洗后，氧氟沙星滴耳液耳浴1次。观察1周。结果：治疗组痊愈80例，有效率96.0%，对照组治愈48例，有效率79.5%，治疗组有效率显著优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：碘伏外耳道灌洗后放置利凡诺尔纱条治疗，具有良好的抗菌消炎作用，疗效显著，患者无不良反应，值得临床推广及应用。
Abstract
Observation of otitis externa and external auditory meatus ceruminous infection patients, respectively using iodophor external auditory canal irrigation after rivanol gauze and daily 3% hydrogen peroxide solution extractor after cleaning, Ofloxacin Ear Drops ear bath, curative effect. Methods: otitis externa and external auditory meatus ceruminous infection in 200 cases, were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group 100 cases, using iodophor external auditory canal lavage after rivanol gauze for treating. 100 cases of the control group suction cleaning using daily 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, Ofloxacin Ear Drops ear bath 1. Observation of 1 weeks. Results: the treatment group 80 cases were cured, effective rate was 96%, control group 48 cases were cured, effective rate was 79.5%, the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion:iodophor external auditory canal irrigation after rivanol gauze for treating, has good antibacterial and antiphlogistic effect, obvious curative effect, no adverse reactions in patients, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
