摘要
目的：分析探讨原发性脑干损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析56例原发性脑干损伤患者的临床资料。结果56例患者经综合治疗后，其中恢复良好13例（23.2%），中残15例（26.8%），重残9例（16.1%），死亡19例（33.9%）。结论采取综合治疗措施有利于改善预后，提高治疗效果，降低原发性脑干损伤的致残、病死率。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of primary brain stem injury.Method:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 56 patients with primary brain stem injury. Results: In 56 patients after treatment, the good recovery in 13 cases (23.2%), moderate disability in 15 cases (26.8%), severe disability in 9 cases (16.1%), 19 cases of death (33.9%).Observation:Adopt comprehensive treatment can improve the prognosis, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce mortality and disability, rate of primary brain stem injury.
