Objective: To analyze the relationship between endometrial polyps and pregnancy among infertile patients. Methods: 80 cases of assisted reproductive failure to extract and 80 cases of patients not progesterone patients were divided into groups and did not fail progesterone progesterone group. A retrospective analysis of the results of this hysteroscopy 160 patients, analyzed the relationship between endometrial polyps and pregnancy among infertile patients. Results: assisted reproductive failure group, removal of polyps in patients with pregnancy success rate was significantly lower than normal intrauterine group, and the difference was significant, P <0.05; removal of polyps in patients with non-failure group progesterone progesterone group of patients with pregnancy the success rate was no significant difference, and P> 0.05. Conclusion: Endometrial polyps reduces the success rate of embryo implantation, so that the patient be hindered in the process of conception, and therefore infertile patients with early hysteroscopy to early detection and treatment of endometrial polyps in these patients the disease can improve pregnancy rate.
