Discussion routine gynecological clinic vaginal examination results and age-related sexual relations
Objective:To investigate the relationship between routine gynecological clinic vaginal examination results and age.Methods:For routine vaginal examination results from August 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital gynecology clinic in 9654 cases of female patients were retrospectively analyzed, discussed various diseases and age-related vaginal sex. Results:The incidence of bacterial vaginosis gradual y increased with age, the age group in which the incidence of ≥ 60 80.30%, significantly higher than other age groups (P <0.05). The incidence of fungal vaginitis increased gradual y decreased with age, where incidence ≥ 60 years of age group of 3.54%, significantly lower than other age groups (P <0.05). Trichomonas vaginitis highest incidence of <30 age group was significantly higher than other age groups (P <0.05).Conclusions:Different types of vaginitis infection correlated with age, should take different measures for the prevention and diagnosis and treatment of women of different ages.
