Purpose To explore the medroxyprogesterone acetate and pentanoic acid estradiol for clinical therapeutic effects of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Select 58 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital and randomly divide them into two groups,observation group with female progestational hormone combination therapy(medroxyprogesterone acetate+pentanoic acid estradiol)and the control group only use estrogen therapy(pentanoic acid estradiol).Compare the clinical effect of two groups after treatment.Results Observation group total effective rate was higher than the control group,and control the bleeding time and bleeding time shorter than the control group,al have significant differences.Two groups of patients had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Female progestational hormone combination therapy compared with pure estrogen therapy can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce control bleeding and bleeding time,less adverse reactions.
