Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Maxingshigan Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods: in 87 cases of respiratory department of internal medicine diagnosis of cough variant asthma patients, randomly divided into control group of 44 cases and observation group 43 cases, control group treated with western medicine, the treatment group was treated with modified Maxingshigan decoction, observe the clinical effects of two groups. Results: in the observation group was 74.4%, the total effective rate was 90.7%, significantly better than the control group 31.8%, 72.7%. Conclusion: Maxingshigan Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma, the curative effect, long-term effect is good, and no adverse reaction, the patient is wil ing to accept.
