Objective: To study and analyze the clinical treatment of chronic cervicitis, cervical effect of the application of microwave technique and cervical loop electrosurgical excision and safety. Methods: A randomized to our hospital from March 2012 - July 2013 treated 180 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis group, divided into experimental group and control group, 90 cases in each group. Control group: microwave treatment of cervical taken; experimental group: cervical loop electrosurgical excision. Results: The experimental group mild to moderate chronic cervicitis clinical total effective rate was 100% and 94.8%, compared with the control group, the difference was not significant, no statistical significance (P>0.05); experimental group therapy in patients with severe the total effective rate was 94.0%, significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cervical microwave surgery and cervical loop electrosurgical excision may be the treatment of mild to moderate cervicitis, but the use of cervical loop electrosurgical excision in patients with severe clinical efficacy significantly, and high security, should be widely promoted.
