摘要
目的：探讨和完善适合恶性肿瘤患者家属的健康教育模式，以改变患者家属不健康的行为和习惯、提高恶性肿瘤患者家属对疾病的认识。方法：选取2012年2月至2013年4月于新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院中西医科住院恶性肿瘤患者直接陪护的直系亲属，根据患者入院时所在的治疗组不同分为2组，分别为A组（常规教育足）50人和B组（复合式健康教育）57人，分别给予不同的入院健康教育。结果：复合式健康教育较传统健康教育满意度增加、疾病的认知度增加、健康教育的再询问次数减少，但所需时间增加。结论：在恶性肿瘤家属中开展复合式的健康教育取得满意效果。
Abstract
Objective:Explore and perfect fit families of cancer patients health education, family members of patients to change unhealthy behaviors and habits, improve cancer patient's family awareness of the disease. Methods: Select from February 2012 to April 2013 at the department of the Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Hospital of Chinese and Western medicine department directly accompany patients with cancer of the immediate family, according to the admission of patients where the treatment group were divided into two groups, Group A (General Education foot) 50 and group B (composite health education) 57 people, were given different hospital health education.
