探讨椎体成形术治疗老年性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床效果

摘要
目的：探讨椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的治疗效果和临床表现。方法：选取骨质疏松性脊柱骨折46位患者，抽签方式分组，对照组23例，实验组23例。对照组采用传统药物治疗。实验组采用椎体成形术治疗，观察并记录两组患者治疗后VAS评分。结果：实验组VAS评分普遍低于对照组VAS评分。结论：椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床效果比较明显。建议临床上代替传统药物治疗并推广使用。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of vertebroplasty and clinical manifestations of spinal osteoporotic fractures. Methods: osteoporotic vertebral fractures 46 patients, grouped by bal ot, the control group of 23 patients in the experimental group 23 cases. Control group using traditional drug treatment. The experimental group vertebroplasty treatment, patients were observed and recorded after treatment VAS score. Results: The VAS scores are general y lower than in the control group VAS score. Conclusion: vertebroplasty treatment of osteoporotic spinal fractures clinical effect is obvious. Instead of the traditional drug treatment and to promote the use of clinical recommendations.
