Observation of 50 cases of surgical treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis
Objective : The effect of 50 cases of ulcerative colitis patients after surgery for analysis and observation. Methods: January 2010 100 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis -2012 December , the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 50 patients in each group of patients for surgical treatment of patients in the observation group and control group of patients with non-surgical treatment , and then the two groups of patients for clinical data were analyzed and compared. Results: The group of hospitalized patients with UC surgery was 50% (50/100) . By analyzing the severity of the disease , showing the severity of the disease was observed to be higher in the group of patients , a significant difference between the two groups were statistical y significant (P <0.05). And the average number of hospitalizations of patients in the observation group was significantly more than the control group (P <0.05), the control group of patients with preoperative Hb, albumin was significantly higher than in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion : If the high degree of ulcerative colitis disease, and a wide range of diseases , it should undergo surgery , can reduce mortality to a certain extent , achieved satisfactory clinical results.
