Short-course chemotherapy regimen combined application of traditional Chinese medicine to strengthen the TB pil s Efficacy
Objective: To explore the application of tuberculosis patients in the combination therapy program, clinical research through the use of TB pil s to shorten the time of chemotherapy. Methods : selected from hospital in 2011 and 2013 100 patients were treated tuberculosis, both pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Way to randomly divided into control group and observation group , 50 patients in each group. Control patients combined pil regimen of rifampin joint tuberculosis combined isoniazid and pyrazinamide ethambutol joint observation of patients in the control group of patients based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tuberculosis pil s. Results: compared with the control group , the treatment group were observed significant efficiency and total efficiency were significant advantages, compared to the presence of statistical y significant (P <0.05); while negative rate of sputum smear positive patients and the extent of disease extent of absorption, etc. the observation group were significantly superiority contrast there were statistical y significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Application of tuberculosis patients in the conventional chemotherapy treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine pil combination therapy of tuberculosis , can achieve outstanding clinical outcomes , worthy of promotion.
