Strategies for patients with diabetes pregnancy in cesarean section in the control of blood sugar
Objective To investigate the pregnancy associated with diabetes in cesarean section in the blood sugar control strategy. Methods randomly selected in 2010 June to 2012 December with diabetes cesarean section cases data of 60 cases of pregnancy, clinical effect analysis to give blood glucose control of blood glucose changes before and after intervention strategies. The result, according to the data of 60 cases after blood sugar control policy intervention, palace intraoperative blood glucose control in production tendency of 6.67~ 10.0/ L. Blood glucose control before intervention success rate 70.0%, blood sugar control success rate 88.3%, comparison and analysis blood sugar success rate and clinical effect before and after the intervention had significant difference statistical y significant (p < 0.05). Conclusions in patients with gestational diabetes mel itus in cesarean section to blood sugar control strategy in a timely and effective manner, to help reduce the complications in cesarean section, at the same time also can improve the effect of maternal body recovery.
