摘要
目的:从遗传毒理学方面了解并评价磁性纳米多孔复合(Nano-HA/PLLA/Fe2O3)材料的生物相容性,从而为其在移植肌腱固定的临床运用提供依据。方法:用Nano-HA/PLLA/Fe2O3磁性纳米复合界面固定材料制备混悬液,进行Ames致突变试验,以检测其对鼠伤寒沙门菌的致突变比值(实验组回变菌落数/阴性对照组回变菌落数)。结果:此人工骨材料的各浓度组混悬液对鼠伤寒沙门菌的致突变比值均小于2。结论:Nano-HA/PLLA/Fe2O3磁性纳米复合界面固定材料不引起鼠伤寒沙门菌的回复突变数增加,说明此材料无致基因突变性。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the bio-compatibility and safety of the magnetic composite(Nano-HA/PLLA/Fe2O3) from the aspects of inherited toxicology of it for the clinical use of interface fixation.Methods Produce Nano-HA/PLLA/Fe2O3 magnetic composites material and it’s diffusion and test the diffusion through Ames test.The observation markers of the test are the mutagenes rates of murine typhoid salmonel a (MR). Results The mutagenesis rates of murine typhoid saline monel a in the experimental groups of al dosage levers are less than 2. Conclusion The magnetic composites material wil not cause the increase of the back mutation in murine typhoid salmonel a which show that this artificial bone wil not cause gene mutation.
