Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis treatment effectiveness research
Objective: Helicobacter pylori (Hp)-related chronic gastritis treatment effect. Methods: June 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital-related chronic gastritis Hp 78 patients were analyzed according to the treatment methods into observation group and control group 39 cases, the observation group amoxicil in, clarithromycin , rabeprazole and bismuth pectin quadruple therapy, the control group, amoxicil in, clarithromycin and rabeprazole triple therapy, clinical efficacy, Hp clearance rate and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate was significantly higher (P <0.05), Hp clearance rate was significantly higher (P <0.05); There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion: Hp quadruple therapy-related chronic gastritis, can effectively remove Hp, improve patient outcomes.
