摘要
目的：探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者悬雍垂腭咽成形术（UPPP）的疗效，以及对促红细胞生成素(EPO)水平的影响。方法：115例患者行UPPP术；采用放射免疫法测定OSAHS患者及对照组的血清EPO水平。结果：经手术治疗有效89例(77.4%)，无效26例(22.6%)。EPO术前术后比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论：UPPP术是有效的OSAHS治疗手段，治疗有效者血清EPO水平降低，减低了血栓性疾病发生的可能。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effective evaluation of operations in treating OSAHS and change of serum EPO levels. Methods:115 patients with OSAHS were treated through UPPP. EPO levels were col ected. Results: 89 patients were improved (77.4%) ; 26 patients were invalid(22.6%).EPO were significant than postoperative patients and normal adults(P<0.05). Conclusion: The UPPP was efficacious in treatment of OSAHS.The levels of EPO and thrombo-disease were decreased through efficacious treatment.
