To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of severe valvular disease
Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment of severe valvular disease effect. Methods: A retrospective analysis from March 2009 to September 2011 in our hospital 120 cases of severe valvular heart disease clinical data. Its central functions 80 patients with stage II can, IV grade 40 patients, 25 patients underwent mitral valve replacement in 50 patients, and 45 patients to receive aortic valve replacement surgery, accepted mitral + aortic valve replacement surgery . Results: Patients with early death after surgery in 5 cases, the mortality rate was 4.2%. The main cause of death was heart failure, respiratory failure, multiple organ failure, cerebral embolism / bleeding. Conclusions: Surgical treatment of severe valvular heart disease need adequate preoperative preparation, attention to improve heart function and nutritional status of patients before and after surgery to actively prevent complications, can improve the success rate.
