Hemodialysis is one of effective methods in treatment of acute and chronic renal failure, and has been rapidly, widely carried out, but the blood dialysis itself is a process of extracorporeal circulation, is the basic guarantee for anticoagulation, effective hemodialysis using conventional heparin is so, the use of heparin during hemodialysis is the key, but there are also many adverse reaction. Especial y for some bleeding tendency after operation, recovery period, the menstrual period, patients should be used careful y. In this study, in order to ensure effective anticoagulant time and reduce the side effects of heparin in hemodialysis patients, we applied the ultra low dose heparin hemodialysis treatment was completed in 95 patients with 560 passengers, and achieved good effect.
